Originally reported by @tuupola in IRC. The plugins site is apparently double posting plugins, possibly due to the process running twice? Can someone take a look @scottgonzalez @gnarf

@gnarf There were two managers and three update servers running. I have no idea how this happened. I've killed everything and started a new manager.
