Capture and document how to use a runnable jar for executing non-packed scripts

@raelik wrote up this gist which outlines how to use a jrubyJar packed jar to execute a Ruby script outside of the jar file using the dependencies packed therein.

This might be useful for others so we should add it to jruby-gradle.org
