Summary: We recently have started using a few new services, such as Plausible for web analytics and an email hosting provider. We should document this.

Required to resolve

We keep the infrastructure document to make sure we all know what we are using and where things are located. https://github.com/json-schema-org/community/blob/main/INFRASTRUCTURE.md

  • Add Plausible and email hosting provider to list

This PR #539 resolves this issue. The PR will add mailfence as email provider (Plausible was added the past week).
