[Bug]: date don't show correctly in a theme that hasn't been updated for 4 years

Bug Description

I use the Macchiato theme and it hasn't changed in 4 years. Though, 2 years ago, I could generate a resume with correct dates, and now they don't display anymore.

(it's the [+000Objeca Ojbeca].

Since the theme hasn't changed, I guess it must be the platform that changed things?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://registry.jsonresume.org/thomasdavis?theme=macchiato

Expected Behavior

The dates look ok

Actual Behavior

The dates seem to display some debug info
