Replugging keyboard requires restarting kanata?

When I keyboard is replugged, the mappings configured by kanata no longer works unless kanata is restarted. Kanata is started using the kanata.service.

Is this expected and does anyone have a udev rule to automatically restart kanata? It's annoying to have to restart the service manually (which itself requires sudo privileges).

Setting to 400 did the trick, maybe the default can be increased if more people have issues. Thanks!
