Multiple bins and Rotate support

I would like to know two things before I use this in my project.
1. Does it support multiple bins? In other words, if given size of a bin filled with rectangles then remaining rectangles will be added in the new bin?
2. Does it rotate the rectangle if doesn’t fit?

If it doesn't support above two, can you please guide me how to achieve this by using it?
