Standalone usage

This is really cool, exactly the tool I need to precompile LaTeX into SVG without MathJax mess.

Not sure if I'm missing the intended usage, but when I supply the name of an output file -o output.svg for example, the file gets written in a temporary folder somewhere and it's not easy to find.

I made a patch (in #1) for how I'm using the script, if you want it :)
