Testing Infrastructure #46
Description
Current:
- Empty tests directory (tests/init.py is blank)
- No CI pipeline for testing
- No validation tests for protobuf generation
- Contributing guide mentions make test but no test target exists
Target:
- Automated test suite for Python/Go code generation
- CI pipeline that runs tests on PR
- Validation tests for all protobuf messages
- Integration tests for multi-language compatibility
