Navigate files and directories with single click

Description

When I open Jupyter notebook from Anaconda, by default the "Navigate files and directories with single click setting is deselected". However files still select with a single click. In addition, when I open a notebook and then return back to the jupyter file selection editor the file is selected in the web browser as though I were clicking and dragging the notebook file. Causing unexpected behavior when selecting files.

Reproduce

1. Open Jupyter notebook after fresh install.
2. Single click to select a notebook.
3. Return back to the tab with the file browser open.
4. You have to press escape to get rid of the mistaken click and drag mode.

Expected behavior

Either the single click mode should work correctly, or the default setting should be changed back to double click which does not cause any bugs. The workaround is to switch the setting for double click mode off and then on again. Then everything works until I close and re-open the notebook.

As a note, Jupyter contributors release notebook in conda-forge channel (https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/notebook) which has the latest (7.4.3). I know that the default channel is outdated (https://anaconda.org/anaconda/notebook) and is stuck at 7.3.2 (CC @RRosio, @danyeaw ).

Thanks for the quick response. I didn't realize the default channel was outdated. I was able to update to 7.4.3 by running "conda update -c conda-forge notebook". It appears that the single click behavior is working correctly now.
