Sidebar #9
Description
With the theme coming together, it's time to start thinking about implementing a Primary sidebar on the page. Such a sidebar would, of course, be optional.
There'd likely need to be options for when the sidebar should be displayed. Probably mix this into the loop/content layout system. We'll also need to do this for single posts (by post type).
The biggest consideration here is to fit this in with the various global layouts and width choices for the current loop layouts.
