MSYS2 trouble compiling

I don't compile things from source very often. I have been unable to compile the latest AIS-Catcher with MSYS2 and Ninja and I think it's because I missed a step.

Would someone please enumerate the steps to take? I don't need tons of detail, just in what order to do cmake and the other necessary operations. Thanks in advance!

I have never built it with MSYS, and for Windows it can be very tricky. I have only compiled it Visual Studio with a lot of hassle.

Can you not use the existing Windows binaries? If you have more error messages, can have a look but I am not very optimistic.
