user_photo dependency

Apps shouldn’t be dependent on other applications. If user_photo is not found, the username/fullname should be shown as fallback. @kadukeitor

Besides, now you can use the avatars from core. cc @Kondou-ger @kabum is there documentation for that?

jqueryobject.avatar('username', size(defaults to 64), ie8fix (defaults to false, appends a random #... to force updating in ie8), hidedefault (defaults to false, hide the defaultavatars));

Where jqueryobject is a jquery object, preferably a div that should become the avatar.
