First: Thanks for the work porting this for the neo2 layout. I used it as a template to build my own "bone" layout for the ergodox keyboard.

Second: I managed to implement a big part of layer 3 for the poor mans neo layout. As I removed some of your layers and made some other changes, I can't provide a pull request, but looking at ThomasFeher@3eaa96b should provide all that is necessary for you to implement it yourself.
