360-Images no longer pannable and displayed warped

after processing the image series the images show up with blurred license plates etc.
at this point i can no longer view the image as a 360-image and pan around, but it is displayed as a warped flat image.
switching between the front-facing and 360 mode does not help.

In the JOSM plugin, currently, there is no support for displaying 360 images and panning around as in the case of the web tool. Adding 360 image visualization is in our list of features and we might address it sometime in the future, based on other priorities.

I'm confused.
before the images were done processing this worked just fine, but i could see license plates etc.

only after processing can i no longer pan around
