Harvesting from csw server doesn't fecth the data

During harvesting, the data gathered weren't fetched directly. The gathering background work is stopped in some number of data depending on the memory of the sever. In my local instance, I got 14000 data gathered and in the staging server only 4010 data.

Please share your harvesting sources. Are you harvesting from a PyCSW server or from another CKAN instances?
