US 12: Integration with Collaborator Data Sources

Expectation:

12.1) As an Administrator, I want to integrate satellite imagery and indicators from collaborators, so I can use ARW to its full potential.

Acceptance Criteria: 

12.1) Collaborative data sources must be available for integration within ARW including:Rangeland Analysis Platform (RAP)ESA Rangeland Monitoring for Africa (RAMONA)Global Pasture Watch by World Resource Institute (WRI)Global Carbon Monitoring System by NASAData developed by the University of Exeter. 
12.2) The system should provide APIs for data integration.
12.3) Satellite imagery data should be updated in near-real-time.
12.4) Users can customise and configure new data layers as needed.
12.5) Integrated data must follow standard formats for consistency.
12.6)  Administrators should be able to add new datasets in the same manner as the updates to current data sets in UR: 6  (in the next phase newly added datasets should automatically show in the Platform UI on the map and analysis for the first phase this can be a more manual process)
