US 13: Custom Baseline Periods

Expectation:

13.1) As a user, I want to define temporal periods for baseline average calculations for each rangeland management unit, so I can account for recent projects.

Acceptance Criteria:

13.1) Users should have control over the temporal periods used in baseline average analyses.
13.2) The system allows users to select custom date ranges for baseline average calculations for rangeland management units

• farm camp
• grazing polygon
• etc.

13.3) The platform must display the selected period in all reports and visualisations (a filter).
13.4) Analysis results should clearly indicate the baseline period.
13.5) Users must be able to compare results against multiple baseline periods.
