DCAS QAQC finding

Hello Danang,

I am finding some issues - and before we dig in any more I thought I would share with you so you can dig - and let me know if I am making some other mistake!

In a nutshell, I randomly selected a farmer ( 2176897) from the 900 that you process each day. I looked up the grid cell for this farmer's location (NE03522700120) and then I used the latitude and longitude of that grid cell center to pull daily weather data from T.io

I'm attaching the following files:
your output file (output_20250130.csv)
a group of farmers I randomly selected to do QAQC - [ FarmerSet51-75.csv ] in which farmer 2176897 is in (taken from the set of 900 you are using) - and you can see I added the locationid for the grid cell of the farmer as well as that grid cell center lat/long as above (NE03522700120)
The master file you utilized - and for which we check back on the message code for the weather during a growth stage [Weather_Advisories_and_GDDs_July_31_2024 MASTER to Kartoza 08232024.xlsx]
The spreadsheet has the daily weather data for that grid cell. I also have the daily and cumulative GDDs in the spreadsheet.

The problem is that your numbers (in the output_20250130.csv and the screen shot above) do not match the values in the weather data file...! Rainfall is way off - your output file indicates 836.8mm of seasonalPrecipitation yet the weather data file I pulled shows only 69.95 mm. Growth stage precip shows 80.06mm in your file - yet i am seeing only 6.79mm. Temperature is off as well as PPET.

Please do check things. I may be making the mistake - but before we dive into more QAQC, I wanted to share with you these strange first findings.
