Improve UI with checkbox-style hiding (mirroring ReDD Focus Web)

I find the switches confusing because it's semantically like a double negative -- it's strange to toggle something ON to HIDE it.

I think we should just adopt the same UI as in ReDD Focus Web, so instead of displaying as on-switches, we display as checkboxes that when checked shows a 'no entry' sign
