Issues on Linux (arch)

I ran the 2D, I only see the circle, no rays
I ran the 3D, weird but somehow the black hole moves with the camera
I used the cmake instructions in the readme, without vcpkg

For the 2D, you need to modify 2D_lensing.cpp. It has 1 ray declaration that is commented out. Put it in.
