add support for Rocky Linux 9.x

I'm on Ubuntu and was able to dodge vcpkg by running:

sudo apt install build-essential cmake libglew-dev libglfw3-dev libglm-dev libgl1-mesa-dev

adding and setting OpenGL as a required dependency in the CMake:

find_package(OpenGL REQUIRED)

# Common dependencies
set(DEPS glfw GLEW::GLEW glm::glm OpenGL::GL)

Have you been able to run it on GPU? It functions for me on Ubuntu without vcpkg but does not touch either of my GPUs, only CPU.
