Remove unnecessary UI and show what the app does before prompting the user to sign in.
Animations should not use animation-delay (workaround iOS issue)
Once the user signs in, it should have links to Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks.
Once Default label, calendar, and tasklist #2 is implemented, allow user to set defaults while signed in.
