New parser: vboxmanage

Researching around I can't find any tools to properly parse output from vboxmanage which is a CLI for managing VirtualBox VM's.

Hi @gaby, could you provide some sample vboxmanage commands and output that you would like parsed?

@kellyjonbrazil Going to close this, the output varies too much. I will open a new ticket for conntrack, that one has consistent output and is a very useful cli tool
