Just a little request, can you make it so it remembers my preferred branch for hold pickups? I forsee accidentally held items at the wrong branch since it defaults to the first on the list every time (Athens). It's also a tiny bit tedious to scroll down through the many many locatons to find mine every time I want to check out a book.

That is a fine request and well motivated. Let me tell you how you can change the default pickup location, while I think about whether or not to implement this as requested. To change your default pickup location:

I have thought about this before and I think I can do what you ask, but it will take some extra work to save the setting back to GAPINES. What I didn't want to do was to let the app setting get out of sync with the catalog setting. So the app loads the Search and Pickup defaults every time you login.

The target of metarecord holds does not specify a record like title holds,
if you fetch the attrs of that ID you get a completely different item. So
we parse the unusual "holdable_formats" field on the ahr to get a list of
possible formats.
