keras_hub model export not wroking. #2340

Describe the bug
After loading a model from keras-hub, we are not export it to onnx
To Reproduce
Provide a link to a Colab Notebook, which reproduces the bug.
Expected behavior
It shall generate a .onnx file without issues.
Additional context
Add any other context about the problem here.
probably it is due to external dependency on tf2onnx which is not managed properly.
