My browser is set to ask me first where to save the files to. By the time I confirm the download dialog, it returns 404 error. Same goes with the one integrated with a download manager app. Otherwise it works normally (like Chrome on mobile). I think it would be great if you can make it work with those scenarios without having to require users to disable the prompt/integration first.
