Feature request: more Heading levels

currently there are 2 levels of heading to configure.
would be create to have more options available to configure what headers to use and what header to ignore.

perhaps is that a better way..
option 1, all headers
option 2, all headers exept headers 1,2 etc.
option 3. no headers, exept headers 1,3 etc.
aditional, if section is numbers, respect the numbers / subnummers
so that main numbers are left
subnumers are indent left etc.etc.

   1.1 headertype 2
2. headertype 1
   2.1 headertype 2
   2.2 headertype 2
   2.2.1 hedertype 3
