Allow setting defaults for `Any device` | `This device` option for new triggers

Preface: Before backing down to v3.2.1-foss, I'm leaving a few issues to further improvement of the app:

The Problem

If you're dealing with large numbers of mappings that shall work on all Android devices and regardless of the input device, Settings -> Change default options comes in handy. However, it could be much more useful if it included trigger key options. As of v4.0.5-foss 247, even the single most frequently set (by me) parameter, Any device, is missing there. This leads to repetitious, error prone, manual adjustments every time you record or change (or re-record in expert mode) a trigger.

Suggested Solution

Divide Settings -> Change default options into two sections (either within that same subgroup or in the form of separate subgroups, e. g. Settings -> Trigger option defaults / Settings -> Action option defaults), and Include the following in the trigger specific part:

• Device: Any | This | Learned ID (*)
• Record: Key code | Scan code
• Expert mode: On | Off.

Good issue, thanks. We are hesitant to ever make expert mode on by default as those key maps have some easy to overlook disadvantages when not strictly necessary: they are not transferrable across devices, require more complicated set up and can lock you out of your device if you remap the power button.

Wow, good to know! For me, that's the biggest disadvantage out of the three you mention, as most of my key maps apply to all Android devices, and keeping them synched becomes more of an hassle with every additional difference.

If Expert Mode maps cannot be transferred across devices, that fact should really be stated in-app, to prevent users from wasting too many hours converting everything to expert mode (provided they're OK with the existing Important! warnings).

Anyway, the core point of this issue is a default setting for Any device or This device (now also reflected even more understandably in the title, thanks). The same for Expert Mode isn't as essential, in my view (although power users might certainly prefer being warned more clearly when setting their own defaults, over being prevented from doing so on the grounds of their decision being underinformed).

We could probably also match expert mode key maps more loosely (like 'any device'), this is something we have been discussing, so it may too come in the future. But I think right now they are tied to the device that they were recorded from.

Made an issue for this. I should clarify that its not strictly true that NO expert mode key maps can be transferred, but if you record a volume button or some other physical on-device button and then transfer them to a different model phone for example, the internal device structure is likely to be different and so the key map will not work. But if you recorded a trigger from a specific bluetooth keyboard using expert mode on one device, transferred it to another device, and you used the same bluetooth keyboard, my understanding is that it would still work, because the triggering device is the same. We should still make this clear hence #2079
