Alright I've got the atlases in zenodo now, and workflow updated.

running a quick test to see how things go but should be good..
note, I've kept all of the previous ones too, and the default is to use all -- maybe we can change this to just: all, coarse, mid, fine -- but would need to change the workflow/cli a bit to allow this, as right now can't assume a default since it won't work if the user changes the atlas (e.g. to marmoset)..
