Range Preferences

This release gives the ability to set minimum and maximum range values for the slider based on you may feel is the appropriate range.
The default for this release is based on denism's values of 2500 to 6500.

Fixes issue with previous release where schema was missing because zip sucks

Preferences Options

This release includes an extension preferences dialog that allows toggling:

• The ability to hide the slider when night light is off
• The ability to enable night light all day through a simple settings hack
