Meta-skill that captures repeatable processes into SKILL.md — 'skillify this' is a great trigger phrase. Following the agentskills.io standard is the right call.

I built a tool that turns any skill into a shareable link. The irony: to use a skill that creates skills, you first need to install a skill. Now there's a hosted version.
