How to stop(pause) some knative service manually?

Is there any way to stop(pause) and resume(unpause) the running knative service in manual ?
What I want to do is scale to zero and rollback to one manually, not by autoscaler.

I saw #4262, but the comments doesn't work for me.
I couldn't find any docs for doing this action.

This is not a typical use-case, as one of the benefits of Knative is, that this is done automatically based on requests. But as Matt pointed out in #4262 (comment), this should be doable by modifying the kpa manifest like this:

kubectl get kpa -n your-namespace

# replace kpa name and namespace accordingly
kubectl patch kpa httpbin-public-00002 \
  -n default \
  --type merge \
  -p '{"metadata":{"annotations": {"autoscaling.knative.dev/min-scale": "2" }}}

using the annotations described here: https://knative.dev/docs/serving/autoscaling/scale-bounds/#lower-bound and https://knative.dev/docs/serving/autoscaling/scale-bounds/#upper-bound. Please note that these changes are only temporary. As soon as the knative service is modified, they are removed.

Thaks for your answer, but your comment doesn't make my knative service to scale down to zero.
what I want to do is scale down to zero of my service.serving.knative.dev resource, but if I patch my kpa to min-scale == max-scale == 0.
But nothing changed

What's your motivation to not let the autoscaler scale down the pods?

I need to orchestrate my whole k8s resource in another integrated monitoring system. Also, I couldn't measure the reasonable metric to autoscale for each knative service for now.

You can technically change the 'autoscaling' implementation used for a specific revision. The officially supported ones are the Knative Pod Autoscaler and the Kubernetes Horizontal Pod Autoscaler.

I don't think anyone has tried this outside of the linked demo
