No correlation between full name, first, last in transforms #1

If we have a CSV or DB or fields like:

Full Name
Firstname
Lastname
username

The transformed fields don't correlate.

For example:

John Doh, John, Doh, jdoh -> Christian McBride, Gregor, Hancock, WBraud

I don't see any way out of this, or an elegant way to seed the generation of one form (e.g., Last) from the other (Full Name)
