I'm not sure I personally need this, but probably there is a demand to enable some notifications using OS-specific toasts.

Can't find a library that would work across the platforms. Many even do not work in Big Sur. The beeep works but looks weird on a mac as it uses AppleScript for notifications, a click on a toast opens Apple Script editor, also, there is little control.
