Suggestion: Option to Choose Which CPU Cores to Disable on 12th Gen Intel Processors / Hybrid CPU Layouts

Hello,

I would like to suggest the introduction of a feature that allows users to select which CPU cores to disable, particularly for the new 12th generation Intel processors.

The new Intel processors feature P-cores (Performance Cores) and E-cores (Efficiency Cores). Having the ability to choose which cores to disable could lead to more granular control over system performance and power efficiency.

For example, under conditions of maximum power savings, a user might want to only use the E-cores. This would allow for a degree of system operability while also reducing power consumption.

I believe this feature could be very beneficial for a wide range of users, especially those particularly interested in energy savings or detailed control over their system's performance.

Agree with this:
I own a 14700K and it have 12 E-Cores which are the last ones and, so, the first being disabled. I would like to disable the P-Cores and go with the E's when low load

another thing that would be great to also just have a hyper-threading on/off switch

manually changing the slider sliding it down to less threads can get very laggy as it seems to do it live but changing seems to be doing multiple core/thread reshuffling in the background making it slow

I have 128 cores ...
