All the dependency libs must be put within the project file tree

WIX 3 was introduced recently, but the dependency on its libs were created the way it will be hard to replicate on a new machine without installing the whole WIX 3 toolset on it.

Let's try to put all the deps inside of the solution file-tree, so that you can start working on the project right after pulling the project files.

Or at least there must be a clear readme file plainly explaining how to create installer package from scratch
