Regex rules for artist and title names

Hi there,

I see two lines containing regex rulesets to be somehow present, but they are commented out.
maloja/cleanup.py line 34 & 35

Any reason for that to be? Would me save to reimplement an existing feature if it is already existing. Otherwise I would have a look to fix or implement that.

Reason for it is, that I want to have "(original mix)" filtered by default from all parsed titles.
