After running a Restore, I need to restart Blender without saving anything which is unintuitive. This is needed because Blender's default auto-saves preferences, which immediately overrides whatever you restored.
At the moment, the first thing to do before running a Restore, is to disable auto-save in Preferences.
Run restore.
Close everything without saving
Restart Blender, and voila. This should load the restore correctly - but it is unintuitive/kinda buggy.
