Hi, First, thank you hugely for this tool, it's looking like what I need! Secondly, some of the clusters that are generated contain many thousands of reads, which means the polishing step falls over, presumably due to memory errors.
For polishing, I'm going to assumed that anything above a sequencing depth of 300 reads is just a waste of computing power?
Is there anyway to sub-sample clusters individually?
From what I can tell the subsample flag will just subsample the entire lot of reads, prior to initial clustering...
