What would you like to be added

• Along with the changes from Improve Persistent Volumes concept page #49420, help people learn about persistent volumes by revising Dynamic Volume Provisioning

Why is this needed

We want people to be able to learn about persistence mechanisms in Kubernetes, including filesystems and raw block storage.
Dynamic provisioning is a cloud-native way to deliver Kubernetes attachable storage.
