1. Add a glossary entry for the term "eviction" (content/ja/docs/reference/glossary/eviction.md).
2. Align the Japanese translation of "eviction" across the documentation.

Currently, the following document uses the wording "排出":

• content/ja/docs/concepts/configuration/manage-resources-containers.md (section: エフェメラルストレージの消費管理)

This issue proposes adding a glossary entry for "eviction" and updating existing documentation by replacing "排出" with "退避" where appropriate.

Why is this needed

There is currently no glossary entry for "eviction" in Japanese, which leads to inconsistent terminology usage across documents.
Some documentation uses "排出", while others use "退避" to translate the term.

Since most existing documents use "退避", unifying all occurrences - including "排出" - to "退避" will improve consistency, reduce confusion for readers, and align terminology with common usage in the Japanese localization.
