Kubernetes Scheduler - Scheduling Policy documentation inconsistent

Problem:

https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/scheduling-eviction/kube-scheduler/#kube-scheduler-implementation refers (and links) to Scheduling Policy, however, the Scheduling Policy page says that

This scheduling policy is not supported since Kubernetes v1.23.

Proposed Solution:

Update documentation to reflect that Scheduling Policy is not supported since v1.23 and what should be used instead.
