"The Absolute Beginner's Guide to Cloud Native" Video section hidden on Mobile

The video section for “Absolute Beginner’s Guide to Cloud Native” is not visible when the website is viewed in portrait mode on a mobile device.

However, when the device is rotated to landscape mode, the video section becomes visible.

Expected behavior
The video section should be visible and responsive in both portrait and landscape mobile views.

When I added that video to the page (replacing another that was much older), I set it to only be shown on wider viewports. It's hidden on a portrait phone-style viewport.

Should we change the site behavior? Should we make this particular video always be shown?

Here's what I hope happens: people work on the two pages redesign issues:

• Redesign main page
• Redesign page(s) that list feature gates

Essentially, these are two pages that have had incremental, "organic" changes over a long time. We should be both keen to improve, and wary to treat every difference as a bug.

For the main page I feel sure that having at least three overall sketches of how the page should look would be good for Kubernetes. If the current look isn't right, it is because a redesign is many years overdue.

Once we have a design that people want to adopt, we do that. Moving forward here is both simple (as in, easy to explain) and difficult (several hours of work or more). But I personally am also sure it's the right direction to take.

This particular video should always be shown, regardless of the viewport size or device orientation. Since it’s an important part of the page, hiding it on portrait mobile viewports may prevent users from seeing relevant content.

hi @lmktfy, I've looked at the two design issues you mentioned above and would like to explore them. I'm particularly interested in the Redesign page(s) that list feature gates issue. Would you recommend creating a discussion to share my mock ups for the feature gates page and gather feedback before opening a PR?
