[Bug]: Checkbox hover state fails in dark theme

Current Behavior

In the "Create Workload" modal, the checkbox for "Deploy new chart" shows proper hover highlight in light theme (turns light/white on hover). In dark theme, hover has no visible change - stays dark/black, making it invisible/unusable.

Expected Behavior

Checkbox hover should adapt to dark theme with white/light contrast for visibility, matching light theme behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Workloads > Create Workload.
2. Toggle dark theme.
3. Hover over "Deploy new chart" checkbox - no color change/contrast.

Hey @Arpit529Srivastava @onkar717 I've setup the codebase locally and was looking into this issue
and I've tried to reproduce this bug locally but I'm unable to do so
Perhaps it has already been resolved
