We require our trainers to have been listed in meeting minutes before being able to provide training, and to help with this we've set up the "Approved Trainer" role. Currently this role just acts as a list of approved trainers that we can check. Ideally if someone has not been granted this role, an error would come up when trying to set them as a trainer.
