Does this exporter work with a free tariff?

I configured this exporter as described in the instructions.
I'm getting the following metrics.
free_tier=true

Yes, I waited, and nothing changed. If I set the free_tier =true flag, there are no errors. I waited for an hour, and there are no metrics. If I remove free_tier =true, I get errors.

Same here, on free trial it does not work.
