Could the segmentation be shown in MINERVA?

Instead, open the image as suggested using Fiji.
Could the segmentation be shown in MINERVA?

I spoke to the Minerva developers, and unfortunately, that's not one of the things it can do currently.

A suggestion could be to merge the segmentation and the channel of the segmentation using python.
Avoiding to open the image by Fiji and merging them manually

Hello @tkcaccia. We have recently released our application rakaia: https://github.com/camlab-bioml/rakaia that can accept the outputs of MCMICRO and visualise them in-browser. This includes the ability to overlay the segmentation masks over the multi-channel images with simple file drag and drop.
