Adding custom file extensions or custom directories.

This is more of a feature request, but it might be useful to specify custom extensions or custom directories. For example, I use a ~/.ssh/config.d/ directory which has several ssh config files within. If I could either specify that directory or even specify and .ssh file name, that might be useful.

Not sure if any other people do this though haha.

@noaht8um you can put this in your config.cson, this will map *.ssh files to ssh_config syntax:

    customFileTypes:
      "source.ssh-config": [
        "ssh"
      ]
