chore(ci): Add more stats to github pages

In #1625 we added a job in the CI that pushes to https://lambdaclass.github.io/ethrex/ ethrex and reth flamegraphs. We could perhaps also add the current lines of code for each project (perhaps keeping track of the LoC per week and showing a graph bar for each one) and later when we are keeping track of total dependencies, etc. add that too.
