1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When using the community edition of Dify (version 1.4.3), I want to install the plugins "MCP SSE / StreamableHTTP" and "Agent Policy (supports MCP tools)." However, my environment is completely internal (intranet). After packaging the external program via https://github.com/junjiem/dify-plugin-repackaging, I uploaded the local plugin, but it shows an error:

"init environment for plugin junjiem/mcp_see_agent:0.2.2 failed too many times, you should consider the package is corrupted or your network is unstable."

Hello, I‘ve upgraded to version 1.9, and the issue seems to be gone for now. There are also some tutorialse published on websites about how to package MCP tools. It looks like you can't download it directly from the offical source.
